Shipping Options and Rates
We provide nationwide shipping for all liquidation pallets and products. Our shipping structure is designed to be simple and transparent:
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $160 applies to all orders regardless of size or destination within the United States.
- Shipping Cost Transparency: Your total shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or during holidays are processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed.
Delivery Time
Our delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing
- Delivery Time Variations: Remote or rural locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your delivery from our warehouse to your location. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

Delivery Instructions
- Inspection Upon Delivery: We strongly recommend inspecting your pallet immediately upon delivery while the carrier is present.
- Delivery Confirmation: A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of your order.
- Delivery Issues: If you notice visible damage to the pallet or packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
Returns and Refunds
At Pallets Liquidations, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. While liquidation pallets are sold “as is” due to their discounted nature, we offer a fair returns process for specific circumstances. Please review our return policies below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Damaged Shipments: If your pallet arrives damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or claim. Photographic evidence of damage is required.
- Incorrect Items: Should you receive an incorrect pallet or product that does not match your order, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance.
- Significantly Misrepresented Products: If the pallet contents are significantly different from the description provided, contact us within 7 days of delivery with detailed documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, the following items are not eligible for return:
- General dissatisfaction with pallet contents or individual item conditions
- Items that do not meet expected resale value or profit margins
- Customer returns or “as is” condition items that were accurately described
- Final sale items, mystery pallets, or heavily discounted clearance pallets
- Pallets that have been opened, sorted, or partially sold
How to Request a Return
If you believe your order qualifies for a return based on the eligibility criteria above, follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer support team at support@palletsliquidations.shop within the specified timeframe. Provide your order number, detailed description of the issue, and supporting photographs if applicable.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions for returning the item.
- Ship Your Return: Once you have the RAN, package the item securely and send it to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or shipping damage.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- For approved damage claims or incorrect shipments, full refunds including original shipping costs will be provided.
- For other approved returns, refunds will be issued minus applicable restocking fees and original shipping costs.
Restocking Fees
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply for approved general returns that are not due to damage, shipping errors, or significant misrepresentation.
- No restocking fees apply to returns due to our error or shipping damage.
Exchanges
Due to the variable nature of liquidation inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with an eligible return, you may request a refund and place a new order for different products.
